The Cold-Brew Tea Method
Green tea leaves are incredibly delicate. When steeped in boiling water, they quickly release tannins, which cause that dry, bitter feeling in your mouth. To prevent this, we do not use hot water at all. Instead, we take premium Japanese Sencha green tea leaves and steep them in filtered, ice-cold water for 12 hours. This cold-brew method slowly extracts the sweet, grassy, and floral notes of the tea while leaving the bitter tannins completely behind, resulting in a brilliantly smooth base.
Real Yellow Peach Puree
We do not believe in artificial flavorings or chemical syrups. To give this tea its signature summery flavor, we use a puree made from 100% real, ripe yellow peaches.
