We decided to completely reinvent this classic by treating every single ingredient with the utmost respect. Our Turkey Avocado Club is a towering masterpiece of textures and flavors, designed to keep you full and energized throughout the rest of your workday.
Premium Oven-Roasted Turkey
We never use processed, water-pumped deli meats. Instead, we source whole, free-range turkey breasts which are brined overnight and oven-roasted in-house daily. We carve the meat into thick, substantial slices that provide a genuine, home-cooked poultry flavor. This careful preparation ensures the turkey remains incredibly juicy and tender, serving as the perfect savory foundation for the sandwich.
The Creamy & Crispy Contrast
A great sandwich is all about contrasting textures. To offset the hearty turkey, we heavily mash fresh, perfectly ripe Hass avocados directly onto the bread, creating a rich, creamy barrier that locks in moisture without making the bread soggy. On the other side, we layer thick-cut, applewood-smoked bacon that is baked (not fried) until perfectly crisp, delivering a much-needed salty crunch to every bite.
Artisanal Sourdough Bread
The structural integrity of a club sandwich relies entirely on the bread. We use thick slices of naturally leavened sourdough bread, baked by a local artisan bakery. The bread is lightly brushed with olive oil and toasted on a flat-top grill just before assembly. This gives the outside a gorgeous, golden-brown crunch while leaving the inside soft and pillowy.
